​Comprehensive College Counseling Packages

The college application process can be overwhelming. CCCC’s goal is to destress the college admissions process and increase the odds that every student finds a collegiate home where they may thrive academically, personally, and financially. CCCC offers three Comprehensive Packages -- Standard (our most popular offering), Elite (providing more time and attention for those looking to apply to highly selective schools), and UC/CSU (for those only looking for our support in applying to CA public schools) -- all three provide both student and parent with a partner throughout the journey. 

Package Offerings

Assess student aptitudes, interests, personality, learning styles, and potential career paths
Review transcripts and scores
Explore summer and after school activities, work and internship or job shadowing opportunities
Develop and edit resumes
Assist in planning high school coursework
Develop ACT/SAT testing plan/schedule (not applicable for UC/CSU offering)
Explore student preferences re: school size, location, campus culture, majors, etc.
Provide access to student portal
Build a college list
Establish timelines
Consider early admission plans (not applicable for UC/CSU offering)
Provide guidance throughout the application process
Assist in developing extracurricular, volunteer work, and awards summaries
Brainstorm on and critique essays
Organize requests for letters of recommendation (not applicable for UC/CSU offering)
Assist in planning campus visits
Manage waitlists, deferrals and rejections
Review financial aid basics
Evaluate acceptances and financial aid offers
Assist with scholarship search
